Back, reimbursement and withdrawal

In accordance with article L. 121-20 of the consumer code, the Customer has a period of fourteen days from the date of receipt to return the products ordered for reimbursement without having to justify reasons. The products must be returned to the perfumer's palette, in perfect state of resale, in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), duly sealed, and accompanied by the return voucher signed according to the procedure described below in a 14 days. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be made using the same bank card as that used by the Customer for the initial transaction within a maximum of thirty (30) days, subject to compliance with the aforementioned conditions.

All transactions carried out on the site of the perfumer's palette are highly secure. We use an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment information. The perfumer's palette ensures that the details of your credit card will not be preserved. In addition, we strengthen payments safety using the secure 3D system for Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards that are equipped with it. An additional safety layer is set up when paying, involving the verification of the identity of the card holder and confirmation of the transaction. Each bank has its own authentication process. If you have any questions about your Secure 3D code, please contact your bank directly. Our customer service can make checks and contact you before finalizing the transaction and confirming the order in order to collect additional information. These measures are put in place to combat fraud and ensure your protection.
